Vinyl Graphics
& Vehicle Wraps
Wide-format printed vinyl graphics in cast, polymeric, and calendered PVC — with gloss, matte, and anti-scratch overlaminates, full CMYK and Pantone-matched print, contour-cut and die-cut supply — engineered for fleet vehicle wraps, machinery marking, equipment cladding, storefront graphics, site hoardings, wall graphics, and warehouse floor markings across commercial, industrial, and OEM applications.

A vinyl graphic is a moving or static billboard you own outright.
Fleet vehicle graphics — van sides, truck bodies, two-wheelers — deliver brand impression across every route, every day, for the service life of the film. A cast vinyl wrap with UV overlaminate on a commercial vehicle costs a fraction of equivalent static media spend and works every kilometre the vehicle covers. The return on a correctly specified and applied wrap compounds across years, not weeks.
Film grade matched to the surface and the outdoor environment.
Cast PVC for vehicle wraps and compound-curved surfaces, polymeric PVC for flat panel equipment and site signage, calendered for interior and short-term applications — three film grades with fundamentally different molecular structures, plasticiser levels, and dimensional stability characteristics. Specifying the wrong grade costs more in premature failure and replacement than the price difference between grades ever saved.
Wide-format print at 1440 dpi with colour held across the full run.
Eco-solvent and UV-cured wide-format output profiled to each specific substrate and overlaminate combination — not a generic colour profile applied across all media. Pantone spot colour matching, white ink base coat for opacity on transparent or metallic substrates, and metallic effect printing for premium vehicle and architectural graphic applications where process CMYK alone won't close the brief.
Film Grades
Choose the Right Vinyl Grade
Calendered PVC for indoor and short-term flat surface applications, polymeric for mid-term outdoor signage and equipment panels, cast PVC for vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, and any surface with compound curves, rivets, or corrugations. Tell us the application and environment — we'll specify the right grade.
| Property | Calendered PVC | Polymeric PVC | Cast PVC (Premium) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best For | Indoor, short-term, flat surfaces only | Flat panel graphics, signage, equipment | Vehicle wraps, fleet, compound curves |
| Film Type | Calendered / Monomeric PVC | Polymeric / Semi-rigid PVC | Cast PVC |
| Outdoor Life | 1 – 2 years max | Up to 4 – 5 years (with laminate) | Up to 7 – 8 years (with laminate) |
| Conformability | Flat surfaces only | Mild curves and flat panel | Full compound curve / rivets / corrugation |
| Shrinkage Risk | Moderate — edges may lift over time | Low — plasticiser-stabilised | Minimal — dimensionally stable |
| Typical Application | Indoor pos, short-run promos, flat labels | Equipment panels, site signage, decals | Vehicle wraps, fleet graphics, outdoor signs |
Construction
Engineered Layer by Layer
Eight processing and material layers — from contour-cut geometry through pressure-sensitive adhesive, air-egress channel, vinyl face film, white base ink, full-colour wide-format print, and UV overlaminate — combine to produce a graphic construction that applies cleanly, reads accurately, and survives its rated outdoor service life.

Cast Vinyl That Outlasts the Surface It's On
Cast PVC vinyl — manufactured by casting liquid PVC onto a forming sheet rather than running it through calendar rollers — conforms to compound curves, rivets, corrugations, and recessed panel seams without lifting, silvering, or edge curl. Rated to eight years outdoors on vertical vehicle surfaces with UV overlaminate applied. The correct film grade for any asset that earns money on the road or in the field.
Wide-Format Print to 1600 mm — Seamless, Colour-Accurate
Eco-solvent, UV-cured, and latex wide-format print engines deliver full CMYK process, Pantone-matched spot colour, white ink opaque base, and metallic effect in a single pass up to 1600 mm wide. Colour output profiled to substrate and laminate combination before any production run — what you approve on the proof is what ships on the finished graphic.
Plotter Cut, Die-Cut, or Kiss-Cut to Any Geometry
Contour-cut lettering, logos, and complex shapes cut from print or solid vinyl on computer-controlled plotter cutters — no tooling cost, no minimum complexity, no shape restriction. Die-cut and kiss-cut for sheet or roll supply of label-format graphics. Large-format panel cuts to drawing for vehicle wraps, architectural graphics, and equipment cladding.
Fleet & OEM Volume — Consistent Part to Part
Colour consistency, laminate adhesion, and cut registration maintained across production runs from single proof to full fleet quantity. Each batch printed against colour bar and inspected against approved sample before dispatch. FIFO stock rotation and roll tracking for reorder continuity. Liner split and squeegee application instruction provided for customer-applied fleet graphics.
