Custom
Decals & Graphics
Full-colour custom decals on cast PVC, calendered PVC, polyester, reflective, chrome, and transparent films — contour-cut to any artwork shape — with Pantone colour matching, white ink on clear, air-release adhesive, and UV overlaminate — for vehicle fleet liveries, motorsport graphics, OEM product badging, equipment branding, and promotional programmes — manufactured at volume for direct supply to assembly lines, fleet operators, and export markets.

A decal is the first thing someone sees on a vehicle. Make it look like it was made for the vehicle.
Generic cut vinyl looks like it was applied in a car park. A properly manufactured decal — cast film, colour-managed print, UV laminated, contour-cut to the artwork, with an adhesive matched to the panel surface — looks like it came out of the factory with the vehicle. We manufacture for fleet operators who need livery consistency across a programme of 200 vehicles and for OEM customers who need 50,000 model badges a year. The standard is the same at both volumes.
Cast film follows the surface. Calendered film fights it.
On a flat door panel, calendered vinyl is fine. On a compound-curved body panel, a riveted chassis section, or a corrugated equipment skin, it bridges, bubbles, and lifts at the edges. Cast PVC is manufactured at significantly lower tension than calendered film — it relaxes into the surface geometry instead of springing back. Where the surface has deep recesses or rivets, we specify air-release adhesive. Where the application is large-format, we pre-mask for transfer or specify wet application.
For OEM supply, colour is a specification — not a best effort.
When a manufacturer specifies a brand colour on a product badge or a model decal, the colour on the decal is the colour that ships with the product. Cross-batch delta-E tolerances agreed before production. Colour-certified batch records supplied with delivery for QA sign-off. Part-numbered master artwork held on file for repeat supply without re-approval cycles. JIT scheduling available for assembly-line supply. This is what OEM manufacturing looks like when colour is a specification, not an approximation.

What Are You Putting It On?
Film grade, adhesive system, laminate, and cut format are all determined by the application — the surface, the environment, and how long it needs to last. Tell us what it's going on and we'll spec the construction.

Production Capability
Built for Serious Production
Contour-Cut to Any Artwork — No Shape Restrictions
Die-cut and contour-cut to any shape the artwork defines — custom letterforms, logo silhouettes, intricate badge outlines, or complex multi-element graphic kits. Minimum detail 5 mm. Registration between print and cut verified before production release. Supplied as singles, pre-collated kits per vehicle, or roll-wound sequential for applicator dispensing.
Cast Film for Contoured, Curved & Riveted Surfaces
Cast PVC conforms to compound curves, riveted panels, corrugated sections, and recessed surfaces without wrinkling or lifting at edges. Where calendered film would bridge or distort, cast film follows the geometry of the surface. Air-release adhesive channel for large flat panels — bubble-free application without wet-apply process. Adhesive system matched to the specific surface: painted steel, powder coat, GRP, polypropylene, and bare aluminium.
Colour Accuracy — Pantone, CMYK & White on Transparent
Fleet and livery decals require colour consistency across production batches and across multiple vehicles in a programme. CMYK process print profiled to substrate and laminate combination. Pantone spot colour matching available with L*a*b* tolerances agreed before production. White ink flood coat on transparent film for full-opacity print on glass, polycarbonate, and clear-film constructions where the background colour must not read through.
Durable for the Operating Cycle of the Vehicle or Equipment
A livery decal on a commercial vehicle, a logo badge on a piece of plant, or an OEM model sticker on exported equipment must survive pressure washing, fuel splash, UV exposure, and mechanical abrasion without fading, lifting, or discolouring. Cast PVC with UV overlaminate rated to 7 years vertical outdoor. Polyester face stock where solvent resistance is the primary requirement. Adhesive system selected against the surface preparation standard and the removal requirement at end of operating cycle.
Applications
Vehicles, Equipment & Products
