The self-levelling polyurethane resin creates a convex lens over the printed label — magnifying colour, adding three-dimensional depth, and giving a premium tactile quality that flat print simply cannot replicate. It communicates quality before the customer reads a word.

The dome physically encapsulates the printed surface. Scratches, abrasion, UV, cleaning agents, and handling attack the resin surface — not the ink. UV-stable grades maintain gloss and colour through years of exterior exposure without yellowing, crazing, or print fade.

High-tack permanent PSA for smooth painted or plastic panels, VHB foam tape for textured, powder-coated, or curved surfaces — both specified to your substrate so the dome stays flat, centred, and bonded with zero lift from day one to end of life.

Self-levelling polyurethane resin is poured to a controlled volume over each label in a climate-controlled cell. The result is a consistently domed, bubble-free, optically clear surface that magnifies and protects the print beneath — on every unit from prototype to full production run.
Print Quality That Shows Through
Full-colour CMYK digital print with white ink base, metallic gold and silver inks, and optional hot-foil stamping — all visible through the clear dome with the depth and vibrancy amplified by the resin lens effect. Pantone matching available across all standard colours.
Outdoor & Chemical Resistant
UV-stable dome resin grades resist yellowing, crazing, and surface degradation across the full exterior exposure cycle — UV, rain, temperature cycling, fuels, and cleaning agents — without loss of gloss or print integrity throughout the product's service life.
