Zero Tooling Cost: Terms & Conditions
Effective October 2026. Please read these terms before placing a pilot order under this offer.
1. Offer
Monitron Tech Industries ("Monitron") does not charge tooling costs for eligible pilot orders, as described on this page.
2. Eligibility: pilot orders only
The offer applies only to a pilot order, meaning the first order of a new part or product placed with Monitron, in the quantity confirmed in our written quotation. Repeat, bulk and subsequent production orders are quoted separately.
3. Purchase order required
The offer is available only against a valid purchase order (PO) issued by the buyer for the pilot order. Enquiries, emails or verbal confirmations without a PO do not qualify.
4. Sample approval
Monitron prepares a sample for the buyer's review. The buyer approves the sample in writing before the pilot order proceeds.
5. Payment: 100% advance
After sample approval, the buyer pays 100% of the pilot order value in advance. Manufacturing of the pilot order begins after the advance payment is received.
6. What "no tooling cost" covers
Monitron will not invoice the buyer separately for the tooling needed to make the approved pilot part (such as screens, films, dies or stencils). The price of the parts themselves is as stated in our quotation.
7. Specifications and changes
The quotation, sample and pilot order are based on the artwork and specifications supplied by the buyer. Changes after sample approval may affect price and lead time and will be confirmed in writing.
8. Taxes and charges
Prices in our quotation are subject to GST and any other applicable taxes. Freight, packing and insurance are as stated in the quotation.
9. Changes to the offer
Monitron may modify or withdraw this offer at any time. An offer applies to a pilot order only if it was confirmed in Monitron's written quotation before the PO was issued.
10. Governing terms
These terms apply together with Monitron's quotation and standard terms of sale. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
