PET vs Polycarbonate Graphic Overlays
Both are printed on the second surface and hard-coated — the choice comes down to whether the overlay flexes, what it is cleaned with, and how much optical clarity the display window needs.
PET (Polyester) Graphic Overlays
Best for: Membrane switch overlays, keys pressed millions of times, panels cleaned with solvents
Polycarbonate (PC) Graphic Overlays
