Our Story
From a Small Unit in Ahmedabad to a Full-Scale OEM Facility.
Monitron exists because of Hemanshu Desai. Before Monitron, he built Niva Technoprint Private Limited — a registered company that is still legally active, though it no longer takes new clients. That chapter was where the real manufacturing foundation was laid.
Starting from a small manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad, Hemanshu built operations the hard way — through direct customer relationships, an understanding of what OEM buyers actually need, and the discipline to maintain quality when it would have been easier not to. There were setbacks. There were years that required rebuilding. The facility grew not through investment rounds but through production capability earned over time.
That journey is what produced a 9,000+ sq ft manufacturing facility in Vatva, Ahmedabad — equipped with in-house production infrastructure, a quality-controlled process, and a team that has operated through real industrial cycles.
Monitron Tech Industries is the next evolution of that experience. With Dhruv Desai as Managing Partner, Monitron carries forward the same manufacturing credibility — now structured and positioned for the modern OEM supply chain.

Hemanshu Desai
Partner
Hemanshu is the operational backbone of Monitron. His manufacturing career spans over two decades — beginning with Niva Technoprint, a company he built from a small unit to a scaled production facility through direct client work and process discipline.
He has managed every dimension of the manufacturing business: procurement, production, customer relationships, quality systems, and the kind of operational problem-solving that only comes from running real production at scale. Monitron carries forward everything built during that period.
Dhruv Desai
Managing Partner
Dhruv leads the management side of Monitron — handling business development, OEM partnerships, and the day-to-day commercial operations that turn manufacturing capability into consistent client delivery.
His role is to ensure that the operational depth Hemanshu has built translates cleanly into the modern OEM procurement experience — clear communication, reliable timelines, and a partner that behaves like one.
