Industrial
Stickers & Labels
Heavy-duty adhesive stickers and labels on polyester, polypropylene, polyimide, aluminium foil, and conformable vinyl substrates — with permanent, removable, high-tack, and LSE adhesive systems, gloss and matte overlaminates, full CMYK and Pantone-matched print, variable data and barcode capability — engineered for asset identification, equipment marking, chemical containers, electrical panels, serialised part labelling, and warehouse systems across industrial and OEM applications.

The face stock is the specification — not just the print on top of it.
A paper label on a chemical drum, a PVC sticker on a powder-coated panel in direct sun, a generic vinyl on a motor housing running at 120°C — all three will fail prematurely because the substrate was not matched to the environment. Polyester for outdoor and chemical exposure. Polypropylene where flexibility matters. Polyimide where continuous heat is a factor. Getting the substrate right is not a premium; it is the minimum required to make the label function.
Adhesive system selection is as critical as the face stock.
Standard acrylic PSA bonds well to clean, smooth steel and painted metal. It fails on low-surface-energy plastics like HDPE, polypropylene, and PTFE — materials that require LSE-grade adhesive chemistry to achieve reliable peel strength. High-tack formulations for textured or powder-coated surfaces. Silicone-based PSA for high-temperature applications. Tamper-evident destructible adhesive where removal must be visibly detectable. Each application has a correct adhesive; there is no universal option.
Variable data and barcode print verified against your scan system.
Sequential serial numbers, unique QR codes, Data Matrix codes, and GS1-compliant barcodes printed with variable data workflows, verified for scan-grade read rates before dispatch, and supplied in sequence on rolls or sheets to match your labelling or assembly process. Print resolution and barcode quiet zones specified against your scanner focal length and scan distance — not generic minimums that pass on a desktop reader but fail at line speed.
Substrate Grades
Choose the Right Face Stock
Paper for indoor, short-term, and non-critical labelling; polyester for outdoor, equipment, and chemical environments; polyimide for high-temperature plant, electronics, and extreme chemical exposure. Tell us the surface, the environment, and the service life required — we'll specify the right substrate, adhesive, and overlaminate combination.

| Property | Paper | Polyester (PET) | Polyimide (Premium) |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best For | Indoor, short-term, non-critical labels | Outdoor, equipment, general industrial | High-temp, electronics, harsh chemical |
| Face Stock | Coated / Uncoated Paper | Biaxially Oriented PET (BOPET) | Aromatic Polyimide Film |
| Temp Rating | Up to +60°C (no laminate) | Up to +105°C continuous | Up to +150°C continuous |
| Chemical Resistance | Minimal — water and wipe only | Fuels, oils, IPA, MEK, cleaning agents | Extreme — acids, alkalis, solvents |
| Outdoor Durability | Not rated for outdoor use | Up to 10 years with UV overlaminate | Up to 10 years (UV stable) |
| Typical Application | Office labels, product tagging, indoor pos | Asset labels, equipment panels, barcodes | PCB marking, motor housings, high-temp plant |

Production Capability
Built for Serious Production
Polyimide & High-Temp Grades for Extreme Environments
Polyimide face stock — the same film chemistry as Kapton — withstands continuous operating temperatures to +150°C without deformation, adhesive bleed, or legibility loss. Correct specification for motor housings, exhaust-adjacent panels, autoclave environments, and printed circuit board identification where standard PET or vinyl stickers fail within weeks.
Chemical Resistance Tested Against Your Process Fluid
Standard PET with acrylic PSA passes 168-hour immersion in fuels, lubricants, IPA, MEK, and common industrial cleaning agents. For extreme chemical environments — concentrated acids, alkalis, or aggressive solvents — we test adhesive, face stock, and overlaminate combinations against your specific process fluid before production, not after delivery.
Serialised, Variable Data & Barcode Print at Volume
Sequential serial numbers, unique QR codes, asset tags, and compliance data printed with variable data workflows across full production runs. Each unique sticker identified, verified against print file, and supplied in sequence on rolls or sheets. Compatible with GS1, Code 128, Code 39, Data Matrix, and custom barcode symbologies to your scan-system specification.
Fleet & OEM Volume — Part-to-Part Consistency
Colour accuracy, adhesive peel strength, and cut registration held consistent from first-off proof through full OEM batch quantity. Each production run inspected against approved sample before dispatch. FIFO liner stock rotation for reorder colour continuity. Supply in applicator-ready formats — fanfold, roll, or sheet — matched to your installation method.
