Safety
Stickers & Signs
Durable safety stickers and warning signs to ISO 3864, ANSI Z535, GHS/CLP, and EN ISO 7010 standards — on polyester, polypropylene, destructible vinyl, reflective PET, and aluminium foil substrates — in prohibition, warning, mandatory, and safe-condition signal colours — with custom pictogram artwork, bilingual text, tamper-evident and sequential-numbered constructions — engineered for machinery guarding, electrical panels, chemical containers, process plant, and OEM equipment across industrial and export applications.

A safety sticker that fades or peels is a compliance liability, not a safety measure.
A warning label on a machine guard, an electrical panel, or a chemical container is a permanent part of the equipment's safety system. It must remain legible for the operating life of the equipment — surviving every cleaning cycle, fluid splash, UV exposure, and temperature excursion the environment delivers. PET with UV overlaminate for general industrial and outdoor environments. Polyimide for high-temperature surfaces. Chemical-resistant laminate for solvent and fuel exposure. Adhesive matched to the specific application surface.
Standards compliance is not a style option — it's what makes the label legally valid.
ISO 3864, ANSI Z535, GHS/CLP, and EN ISO 7010 are not interchangeable. Each standard specifies symbol geometry, signal colour values, panel proportions, and minimum sizes that determine whether the label is recognised under the relevant regulation. We verify pictograms, signal colours, and panel construction against the applicable standard before production. CE-marked machinery for export is supplied with compliance documentation confirming the standard applied.
Replacing a damaged safety label is a maintenance task. Not replacing it is an incident waiting to happen.
Facilities with high equipment turnover, aggressive cleaning regimes, or outdoor exposure need a reliable replenishment stock of standard safety stickers. Pre-collated sets matched to machine type, asset number, or plant area reduce the search time between identifying a damaged label and replacing it. Sequential numbering and barcode printing support asset-linked compliance records and inspection sticker programmes where regulatory audit is a regular requirement.
Safety Sign Categories
The Right Colour for the Right Hazard
ISO 3864 and EN ISO 7010 define four safety sign categories, each with a specific signal colour and geometric form. Prohibition in red. Warning in yellow. Mandatory in blue. Safe condition in green. Tell us the hazard or required action and we'll specify the correct category, symbol, and construction.
Prohibition
Red · ISO 3864 / EN ISO 7010
Circular red border with diagonal bar over a black pictogram on white. Prohibits a specific action — no smoking, no entry, no unauthorised access.
Typical Use
Restricted areas, no-smoking zones, fire door keep-shut labels.
Warning
Yellow · ISO 3864 / ANSI Z535
Yellow triangle with black border and black pictogram. Indicates a hazard that could cause injury or damage if precautions are not taken.
Typical Use
Machinery pinch points, electrical hazards, chemical exposure warnings.
Mandatory
Blue · ISO 3864 / EN ISO 7010
Blue circle with white pictogram. Instructs a specific action that must be taken — wear PPE, use handrail, lock out before service.
Typical Use
PPE requirements, lockout/tagout, mandatory action zones.
Safe Condition
Green · ISO 3864 / EN ISO 7010
Green rectangle or square with white pictogram. Indicates a safe route, emergency exit, first aid equipment, or safety facility location.
Typical Use
Emergency exits, first aid kits, eyewash stations, muster points.
Supply Options
Standard vs Custom vs Full Set

ISO 3864, ANSI Z535 & GHS/CLP — Compliance-Ready Artwork
Safety stickers produced against published international safety sign standards. Pictograms, signal words, supplementary text, and panel proportions verified against ISO 3864-1/-2, ANSI Z535.4, and GHS/CLP hazard communication requirements before production print. Custom symbol artwork supplied by the customer or created to specification. CE-marked machinery and exported equipment supplied with documentation confirming standard applied.
Durable for the Operating Life of the Equipment It Marks
A safety sticker on a machine guard has one job: remain legible and adhered for the service life of the machine. PET with UV overlaminate for general industrial and outdoor environments. Polyimide for high-temperature surfaces. Destructible vinyl for tamper-evident applications. Adhesive system matched to the application surface — painted steel, powder coat, anodised aluminium, polypropylene, and textured engineering plastics. Chemical resistance verified against the exposure environment: fuels, hydraulic fluid, cutting oils, solvents, and cleaning agents.
Signal Colour Accuracy — Spot & Process Matched
Red, orange, yellow, green, and blue signal colours produced to ISO 3864-1 colorimetric specification or ANSI Z535 standard colour references. Spot colour printing for maximum consistency on production runs. Process-matched CMYK for multi-colour panel constructions with pictograms, hazard diamonds, and signal word panels in a single print pass. Colour accuracy verified on proofing substrate before production.
Tamper-Evident & Sequential — Traceability Built In
Destructible vinyl face stock fractures on removal attempt — evidencing any tampering with a safety label without requiring separate seals. Void PSA leaves a VOID pattern on the application surface on removal. Sequential numbering and barcode printing for asset-linked compliance records, calibration labels, and inspection sticker programmes. All tamper-evident and sequential constructions available in standard safety signal colours with full pictogram and text print capability.
