Decals & Stripes
Automotive-specification cast PVC decals — body stripes, bonnet graphics, OEM nameplate badges, door sill films, motorsport race numbers, and livery kits — manufactured with air-egress adhesive for bubble-free panel application, Pantone and OEM colour matching to ΔE < 2.0, pre-collated and hinge-taped for dealer-fit and assembly-line application — from single aftermarket kits to 500,000+ units per annum for OEM factory supply.

Stripe draws onto cast film — that's what we manufacture
Automotive decals ship with the car. They have to look like they were made for it.
A body stripe or nameplate badge that ships on a production vehicle is not a sticker — it's a component. The film grade, the colour standard, the adhesive chemistry, and the cut geometry are all specified against the vehicle platform. We manufacture against OEM part numbers, hold colour references on file, profile each production run to the approved L*a*b* standard, and supply batch certificates with every delivery. The decal that goes on at the factory looks the same as the one that goes on the tenth car off the line — and the ten-thousandth.
Pre-masked and hinge-taped for the person applying it, not for the person making it.
A stripe kit that requires a professional bodyshop installer to apply costs money every time a car is touched. Pre-masked, hinge-taped, and position-marked kits designed for dealer-fit or assembly-line application reduce application time and eliminate misalignment on multi-panel graphics. Application sequence numbered on the liner. Complex kits broken into sub-assemblies — bonnet centre section, wing extensions, rocker panels — each with its own hinge point referenced to a body panel seam or shut line.
Cast film and air-egress adhesive solve the problems calendered vinyl creates.
Calendered film on a compound body curve springs back, bridges recessed panel sections, and lifts at contour changes. Automotive-specification cast PVC at 90–100 µm is manufactured without the internal tension that causes these failures — it conforms to the panel, not against it. Air-egress micro-channel adhesive eliminates application bubbles on large flat panels without wet application. Solvent acrylic PSA is paintwork and clear coat compatible. Ultra-removable grade for temporary graphics — no adhesive residue, no clear coat damage.

Where Does It Go on the Car?
Film grade, adhesive system, and kit construction are all determined by the panel — exterior body, interior trim, motorsport, or OEM nameplate. Tell us the application and we'll spec the construction.

Production Capability
Built for Serious Production
Automotive Cast Film — Engineered for Panel Geometry
90–100 µm automotive cast PVC manufactured to conform to compound body curves, door shutlines, raised badges, and recessed panel sections without bridging, bubbling, or lifting at edges. Air-egress micro-channel adhesive for large panels — dry application, no squeegee bubbles. Hinge tape and position marks supplied with every kit that requires alignment across panel breaks.
OEM Colour Management — ΔE < 2.0 Batch-to-Batch
Body stripe and badge decals that ship with a production vehicle must match the vehicle's paint colour or the brand's colour standard to within tight L*a*b* tolerances across every production batch. We hold OEM and brand colour references on file, profile each print run to the approved standard, and supply batch colour certificates with delivery for QA sign-off. Pantone, RAL, and OEM colour codes accepted.
Pre-Collated Kits — Applied Without a Specialist
A stripe kit that requires a professional installer adds cost and complexity to every vehicle it touches. Pre-masked, hinge-taped, and position-marked kits designed for dealer-fit or assembly-line application by non-specialist operators — one person, no specialist tools. Application instructions printed on the liner. Complex multi-panel kits broken into sub-assemblies with numbered application sequence.
Fuel, Wash & UV — Durable for the Vehicle's Service Life
An automotive decal on an exterior panel must survive the car wash, fuel splash at the filler cap, UV in outdoor storage, bird strike, road grit, and the temperature cycle between a January frost and a July roof panel. Cast PVC with automotive-grade overlaminate rated to 7 years vertical exterior. Fuel-resistant grade for filler flap and engine bay areas. Interior-grade adhesive without outgassing for cabin applications.
