Custom Serial
Number Labels
Sequentially printed serial number labels with custom numbering formats, barcodes, and QR codes — on silver polyester, white polyester, or polycarbonate — engineered for product traceability, warranty management, and regulatory compliance from prototype to full production volume.

Every number is unique, by design.
Variable data printing generates every serial in sequence — with your prefix, suffix, format mask, and optional check digit — printed digitally against a master data file and verified for uniqueness before the roll is closed.
The number survives the product's life.
Polyester and polycarbonate face stocks with anti-scratch overlaminates resist solvents, abrasion, UV exposure, and handling that would destroy an inkjet-printed label. The serial that left the factory is the serial that arrives at service.
Scan it or read it — both work.
Serial number, barcode, and human-readable text co-exist on a single label. Automated scanners and human operators get the same data from the same label, with no transcription error possible between the two.
Numbering Format
Choose the Right Serial Format
Pure numeric for simple asset counts, alphanumeric for structured part codes, or barcode-plus-serial for fully automated scanning workflows. Not sure? Share your tracking system and we'll recommend the right scheme.
| Property | Numeric Serial | Alphanumeric Serial | Barcode + Serial |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best For | Simple asset / inventory count | Part numbers, product codes | Automated scanning / ERP |
| Human Readable | ✓ Always | ✓ Always | ✓ Printed below code |
| Scanner Required | Not required | Not required | ✓ Handheld / fixed scanner |
| Density (data per mm²) | Low | Medium | High (QR / Data Matrix) |
| Checksum / Validation | Optional Luhn / custom | Optional check character | ✓ Built-in per standard |

Built for Serious Production
True Variable Data
Every label in a roll or sheet can carry a completely unique number — with custom prefix, suffix, check-digit, or alphanumeric scheme — printed digitally against your master data file and verified before dispatch.
Barcode + Serial Combined
Serial number, barcode (Code 128, Code 39, QR, Data Matrix), and human-readable text can all co-exist on a single label, giving scanners and human operators the same information simultaneously.
Grade A Verified Output
All barcodes and serial data verified to ISO 15416 Grade A on production. Laser-printed serials on polyester survive solvents, abrasion, and UV exposure across the product's service life.
Compliant Supply Formats
Roll, fanfold, or sheet supply — configured to your printer, applicator, or manual workflow. Quantities from prototype batches to multi-million-label production runs supplied against your serialisation schedule.
Applications
Industries Served
Wherever individual units need a unique, verifiable, permanent identity — from electronics assembly and medical device compliance to aerospace part traceability and warranty management.
Every Unit Numbered.
Every Serial Scannable.
