OEM Interface
Assemblies
We manufacture every component in your interface stack and deliver it as a single, tested, ready-to-fit assembly — overlays, keypads, fascias, connectors, and hardware built together under one production roof.
Assembly Scope
What We Build
From a two-part overlay-to-fascia bond to a fully wired HMI sub-assembly — we handle builds of any complexity across the interface stack.
Membrane Switch Assemblies
Complete membrane switch stacks — graphic overlay, tactile dome layer, silver flex circuit, and connector — built and tested as a single ready-to-fit unit.
Overlay + Fascia Integrations
Graphic overlays bonded to CNC-machined aluminium or steel fascias, aligned to aperture and hole patterns, delivered as a single panel assembly.
HMI Sub-Assemblies
Human-machine interface builds combining front panel, graphic overlay, membrane keypad, display window, and connector tail into one inspected assembly.
Cable & Connector Termination
ZIF tail routing, crimp termination, pin header assembly, and connector housing — wired and dressed to your drawing or connector schedule.
Kitted & Boxed Components
Multi-part kits picked, counted, and packaged to your BOM — overlays, hardware, fasteners, and inserts bagged and labelled per build set.
Functional Test & Inspection
Electrical continuity, key actuation, dimensional, and visual inspection on every assembly batch before dispatch — documented to your acceptance criteria.
The Process
How It Works
A straightforward four-stage process from drawing or BOM to tested, ready-to-fit assembly on your line.
01
You supply the drawing or BOM
Share your DXF, PDF spec, or parts list. We review it, flag any manufacturing concerns, and confirm the build scope before quoting.
02
We source and manufacture every component
Overlays, keypads, fascias, hardware, and connectors all produced or procured under one roof — no multi-vendor coordination on your side.
03
Assembly, test, and inspection
Components assembled in controlled conditions, functionally tested to your spec, and inspected to agreed acceptance criteria.
04
Ready-to-fit units dispatched
Individually protected, labelled, and packed for your line or field installation — one part number, zero rework at your end.
Build Variants
Assembly Types We Supply
Standard and custom assembly configurations — if it involves an interface layer, we can build it into the unit.
Why Single-Source
One Supplier.
Zero Coordination Overhead.
When the overlay printer, metal fabricator, and assembly house are the same supplier, quality gaps between components disappear before they become your problem.
One supplier, one interface
No more coordinating between your overlay printer, metal fabricator, and assembly house. We manage the full build.
Traceable to your drawing
Every assembly references your revision-controlled drawing or BOM. Changes are tracked, not guessed.
Tested before it leaves us
Functional and visual inspection built into every batch — not an afterthought, not optional.
Prototype to production volume
Same process for three units as for three thousand. No re-qualification when volumes change.
Component Products
Everything We Manufacture In-House
Every component in your assembly is manufactured by us — not sourced from a third party and re-sold. That's the single-source difference.
Membrane Keypads
Tactile and non-tactile keypad assemblies with metal or poly dome feedback, flex circuit, and connector.
Graphic Overlays
Precision-printed polyester and polycarbonate overlays with hard-coat, selective finish, and PSA adhesive.
Control Panel Fascias
CNC-machined aluminium and steel front panels, powder coated or anodised, with apertures and hardware fitted.
Tell Us What You're
Trying to Build
Share your drawing, BOM, or a rough description of the assembly — our team will come back with a clear scope and manufacturing quote.
