Branding Labels
Precision-manufactured automotive branding labels in exterior-grade polyester, polycarbonate, and ABS-backed metallic film — with chrome PVD, piano black, brushed satin, carbon-fibre texture, and automotive VHB adhesive systems — engineered to OEM durability requirements for exterior body badges, interior trim overlays, engine bay nameplates, alloy wheel centres, and two-wheeler and EV platform branding.
The badge on the body tells the market which car it is.
On a production vehicle, the exterior branding label — door badge, tailgate nameplate, grille emblem — is the primary visual identifier of model, variant, and trim level in every market the vehicle enters. Finish depth, edge sharpness, and chrome or metallic quality communicate the tier of the car to every observer before a door is opened.
Exterior grades validated against the full automotive environment.
Stone chip, UV radiation, road salt, car wash chemical attack, fuel splash, and ten-plus years of thermal cycling from −40°C to +80°C surface temperature — automotive exterior label constructions are specified and tested to OEM supplier requirements, not adapted from general industrial label stock. Chrome PVD and UV lacquer topcoat validated to 2000-hour QUV and 500-hour salt spray before any production approval.
Interior trim that reads as designed-in — not applied.
Piano black, carbon-fibre texture, brushed satin, and soft-touch matte finishes printed and laminated to the dimensional accuracy needed to sit flush within OEM interior trim architecture — dash inserts, door card strips, centre console overlays — with no print-to-edge misregistration, surface texture mismatch, or finish inconsistency across the full production run.
Construction Formats
Choose the Right Label Format
Exterior-grade polyester for body badges, engine bay nameplates, and underbonnet labels; polycarbonate for interior trim overlays and backlit panel applications; ABS-backed metallic film for premium grille badges, alloy wheel centres, and tailgate emblems. Share your vehicle application and surface — we'll specify the right construction.

OEM Manufacturing
Built for Serious Production
Exterior-Grade Durability Across the Vehicle Life
Automotive exterior labels endure UV radiation, stone chip, car wash chemicals, road salt, fuel splash, and ten-plus years of thermal cycling. Chrome PVD finish, automotive-grade UV lacquer, and VHB foam tape adhesive systems are specified as a validated construction to OEM exterior requirements — not general-purpose label materials applied to an automotive surface.
Engine Bay & High-Temperature Applications
High-temperature acrylic PSA and polyester substrate combinations rated to +150°C continuous — validated for engine bay nameplates, cam cover branding, battery labels on hybrid and EV platforms, and exhaust-adjacent specification labels where standard adhesive constructions debond within the first heat soak cycle.
Interior Trim Matched to OEM Panel Aesthetics
Piano black, brushed satin, carbon-fibre texture, and soft-touch matte finishes printed and laminated to match OEM interior trim panel aesthetics — dash inserts, centre console overlays, door card trim strips, and steering column labels that read as part of the vehicle's designed interior, not an added-on label.
UV & Chemical Resistance to OEM Test Protocols
2000-hour QUV accelerated weathering, 500-hour salt spray, 96-hour chemical soak in fuel, brake fluid, engine oil, IPA, and detergent — test protocols aligned to SAE J2412 and automotive OEM supplier quality requirements. Approved sample and PPAP documentation available on request for Tier 1 and OEM supply.
