Anodized Aluminium
Labels
The legend is fused below the anodic oxide layer — not printed on top of it. Abraded, chemically drenched, or left in outdoor UV exposure for a decade: the mark remains. For equipment identification that must survive the machine's entire service life without replacement.

The legend is inside the metal.
Laser marking drives colour change into the anodic oxide layer — beneath the sealed surface. No ink, no coating, nothing that can flake or wear away.
The surface is harder than steel.
Type III hard anodise produces an Al₂O₃ layer rated at 60–70 Rc — harder than most tool steels. It resists scratching, abrasion, and industrial cleaning agents.
Colour that lasts the life of the product.
Dye sealed into anodic pores before the sealing treatment becomes part of the substrate. UV-stable, solvent-resistant, and non-fading in outdoor or harsh indoor environments.
Construction
Engineered Layer by Layer
Eight processing stages transform raw aluminium sheet into a sealed, colour-accurate label with a legend that cannot be removed without destroying the substrate itself.

Industrial Supply
Built to Outlast the Equipment It Identifies
Sub-Surface Permanence by Design
Legend layout, hole pattern, and profile all produced from your DXF or PDF — dimensionally exact, revision-controlled, and repeatable across batches.
Prototype to Volume
Single samples for colour and finish approval before committing to production. No tooling re-cost when volumes scale.
Abrasion-Resistant by Process
Laser-fused legends sit beneath the sealed anodic layer — they cannot be scratched, rubbed, or solvent-wiped away. The marking outlasts the equipment.
Mark Depth Verified on Production
Anodic layer thickness, colour delta, legend legibility, and dimensional accuracy checked to your acceptance criteria on every batch.
