MOQ varies by product type. Membrane keypads and capacitive panels typically start at 50–100 units. Labels and stickers can be ordered from 500 units upward. For prototypes and samples, we support single-piece or small-batch orders — contact us to discuss your specific requirement.

Standard prototype lead time is 7–14 working days after artwork approval. For urgent samples, we offer a fast-track option (5–7 days) subject to capacity. Production runs are quoted with specific lead times based on order volume and material availability.

Absolutely. We manufacture exclusively for OEM supply — your brand, your specification. We do not sell through retail channels. White-label and private-label production is our primary business model.

Yes. We routinely execute mutual NDAs before reviewing sensitive specifications, drawings, or artwork. Our team treats all client IP with strict confidentiality, regardless of whether a formal NDA is in place.

We supply clients pan-India with regular dispatches from our Ahmedabad facility. For international buyers, we support export shipments — primarily to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and other markets. Contact us with your destination for logistics details.

We accept AI, EPS, PDF (vector), CDR, and DXF files. For labels and overlays, provide artwork at 300 DPI minimum. For mechanical components like keypads, share dimensional drawings in DWG or PDF. Our team can also work from reference samples.
